
What To Expect
Appointment Times: Mobile grooming appointments are scheduled at a specific time of day. We do our very best to arrive at that scheduled time, however, as is the nature of any mobile based business, we cannot guarantee an exact time. Many unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, mechanical breakdowns, weather conditions, and even the coat & condition of a pet from a prior appointment can cause delays.
Likewise, there are many times that our pet stylist may be running ahead of schedule. Whether we are running ahead or behind, our mobile pet stylist will contact you as early as possible to let you know when they will arrive.
Cancellations/No Show: In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming service may result in a charge of $25 which will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
